Wat Pratu Paya Ngiao
Pratu Paya Ngiao temple is located in the western walls. Its name derived from the historical site near Paya Ngiao's gate. This site was excavated by the Fine Arts Department in 2009 CE.
According to the excavation, the Fine Art Department discovered only one building which was presumed to be the Vihara. It turned to the southeast, and used to enshrine the large Buddha statue, due to discovering pieces of sculpture and earthenware Moreover, they found the base for Buddha statue.
The excavation has showed that there are Hariphunchai earthenwares, solid earthenwares from San Kam Pang klin, pieces of Ming and Qing dynasty porcelain in this site. Presumably, Pratu Paya Ngiao temple had been existed between 17"-21" century BE
