Wat Noi
Noi temple was originated from local people calling the small hill. This historical site situated near the southern canals and walls of Wieng Ta Kan. The temple was excavated by the Fine Arts Department in 2000 CE
There were several buildings in Noi temple including, two Viharas and the base of stupa. The Vihara turned to the southeast. It was proved to be used continually, due to the reconstruction in 3 periods.
These evidences has presented that this historical site had been existed since the end of Hariphunchai period until Lanna period, as same as the other sites in Wieng Ta Kan. There are pieces of Yuan dynasty porcelain, pieces of San kam Pang kiln's earthenware, pieces of Lampang kiln's earthenware, pieces of Ming dynasty porcelain and pieces of local kiln's earthenware. From these artifacts, the period of this historical site was between 18"-21" century BE.
