Mae Sap Cave

Tham Luang Mae Sab is a medium-sized cave with two floors. The upper part is a hollow where you can see the sky, like a crater. The lower part is a hollow about 150 meters deep throughout the mountain. There are many stalactites and stalagmites with the airy atmosphere. The cave area provides ample parking space with beautiful surroundings.

Tham Luang Mae Sab is located in Moo 1, Samoeng Subdistrict, Samoeng District, Chiang Mai, only 2 km from Samoeng District Office.

Tham Luang Mae Sab is under the supervision of Khun Khan National Park. Previously, there was a monastery in front of the cave entrance. Khun Khan National Park was afraid of natural damage, it arranged the monastery to move out. The beauty inside Tham Luang Mae Sab is full of stalagmites and stalactites. The inside of the cave is quite cool and airy, creating the pleasant atmosphere.
