The Tawandang Mahason (inherited legendary and cultural songs) is an art and cultural nightclub that presents the Thai arts and cultures of four regions of Thailand through various performances, ranging from songs for life, string band, western music, to Thai country music, Northeastern traditional folk music. With a non-stop blasting beat, hot dancers, and up-and-coming DJs, the temperature soars here every night. It is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy your night – only at Tawandang Mahason.
“Lek Lens-noon” or Mr. Weera Khanteewit, one of the founders of Tawandang Mahason, Baan Mai Dang Sard Sang Duan (Mahason), Baan Fah Dang Sard Sang Duan and Baan Dao Dang Sard Sang Duan, has built an empire and reputation based on art and cultural songs throughout Metropolitan Bangkok over 20 years. In 2002, Lek Lens- noon and his companions expanded with branches in eight provincialities including Nakhon Ratchasima, Chiang Mai, Buri Ram, Surin, Ubon Ratchathani, Khon Kaen, Chiang Rai, and Phitsanulok respectively.
In 2015, the place was renovated and renamed “Tawandang Mahason” with the same focus on being an entertainment venue, where songs for life, as well as arts and culture are performed on stage. There are also cultural shows from the four regions with a combination of light, sound, live music, singers, dancers, and DJ to add enjoyable contemporary experience to the guests. Its concept is to serve as “a place you can dine and party at the same time,” with a wide variety of dishes to choose from
